At Barwaaqo Beds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [sales@barwaaqobeds.com](mailto:sales@barwaaqobeds.com) so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or made-to-order products
Personalised items
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items
We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
